A fond farewell to Codepilot as we welcome BetterLetter

Dear valued Codepilot users and partners,

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the suspension of Codepilot, a tool that has helped numerous GP practices identify patients missing from disease registers, save time and claim missing income. Over the last three years, Codepilot has played a valuable role in reducing administrative burden on GP Practices and in improving patient care by ensuring that no individual slips through the cracks. We have received great feedback from many of our users and are very proud of the impact Codepilot has made.

During our interactions with Codepilot users, we noticed a significant and ongoing demand for more efficient processing of clinical documents. Every day we saw our partners struggle with the volume of letters they need to process while maintaining high quality, consistent coding, and timely actioning of urgent information contained within these documents.

We therefore made the strategic decision to shift our focus to a new product: BetterLetter.

BetterLetter is a cutting-edge clinical document processing solution that is specifically designed to meet the needs of GP Practices. It works with existing workflows based out of SystmOne, EMIS and DocMan, reduces work for the practice staff, and ultimately leads to better patient outcomes. By focusing on the urgent need for improved better document processing, we believe that we can make an even greater positive impact on the healthcare community.

We are immensely grateful for the trust and support you have given Codepilot. As we embark on this new chapter with BetterLetter, we are excited to continue working together to transform primary care.
